• Order data: delivery email, plan selected, crypto network, transaction hash and license key issued.
• Support data: anything you send us through the contact form (name, email, subject, message) or via Telegram (your handle and message content).
• Server logs: standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and debugging.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not run third-party ad trackers or analytics that profile you across the web.
• We do not collect retailer account credentials, payment cards, or addresses you enter into the bot. Those stay on your machine.
• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

3. Why we use it

• To deliver your license key and download link.
• To respond to your support messages.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and license sharing.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage required for the site to function (e.g. remembering your checkout selections). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

5. Data retention

Order records are kept for the duration of your active license plus 7 years for tax/accounting purposes. Contact-form messages are kept up to 24 months. Server logs are kept up to 30 days.
