By purchasing, downloading or using Pokémon Bot ("the Software") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run one (1) instance of the Software per purchased seat for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer or share license keys.
Pokémon Bot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Pokémon Center, Target, Walmart, Costco, Best Buy, GameStop or any other retailer mentioned on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee successful checkouts, drop wins, account survival, proxy quality or compatibility with future retailer changes. Drop success depends on stock, retailer anti-bot conditions, your hardware, your network and your inputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Software is limited to the amount you actually paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost drops, banned accounts, chargebacks, or any indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your license without refund if you breach these Terms or share your key.
All purchases are made in cryptocurrency. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
