We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on every Pokémon Bot license. If you're not happy with the bot for any reason, message us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
Reach out within 7 days of purchase via:
Include your order ID and the wallet address you paid from. Refunds are sent back to the originating wallet within 5 business days of approval, in the same cryptocurrency you used.
Once 7 days have passed, license sales are final. We can still help in specific situations such as:
Crypto payments are non-reversible at the network level. Any attempt to dispute a payment through a third party (exchange, custodian) will result in immediate license deactivation.
EU/UK consumers: by purchasing and activating the license, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ceases once the key is issued (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). Mandatory local consumer-protection rights are not affected.
